AGILE METHODOLOGY & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

A practical agile methodology to ship fast and stay in control

We set up the rituals, tools and agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Jira) to structure your delivery without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Agile methodology built for outcomes

What you get in the first weeks

  • Agile rituals in place (daily, sprint planning, retro)
  • Structured and prioritized backlog on Jira
  • Short sprints with testable deliveries
  • Full visibility on progress and blockers

Our commitment

We structure your delivery so every sprint delivers real value

Our goal isn't to apply an agile framework for the sake of it. We adapt Scrum, Kanban or a hybrid model to your real context: team size, product maturity, business constraints.

Every ritual we put in place has a clear purpose. If a daily standup doesn't help, we remove it. If a sprint planning is unclear, we fix it. Agile at Inprogress means pragmatism, not dogma.

Our responsibility

A reliable agile framework to accelerate without losing quality

Implementing an effective agile methodology means ensuring every development cycle produces measurable value. Sprints aren't a formality — they exist to deliver, learn and adjust.

At Inprogress, we take responsibility for the framework: clean backlog, realistic estimates, tracked velocity, actionable retrospectives. You get full visibility on what's moving, what's blocked and why.

Frequently asked questions

We adapt the framework to context. Scrum works for projects with regular delivery cycles and a structured roadmap. Kanban suits continuous flows (maintenance, support, evolutions).

In most cases, we use a hybrid model that takes the best of both: Scrum's short sprints for rhythm, and Kanban's flexibility to handle the unexpected.

Our sprints typically last 1 to 2 weeks. Each sprint includes planning (scope definition), dailies (quick sync), a demo (visible delivery) and a retrospective (continuous improvement).

Rituals are adapted to team size and project cadence. The goal is just enough structure to be effective, without meeting overload.

We primarily use Jira for its structuring power: epics, user stories, subtasks, sprints, Kanban boards and velocity reporting.

If you already use another tool (Linear, Notion, Trello, Asana), we can adapt. The key is having a centralized, prioritized backlog accessible to the entire team.

Yes, and it's actually a common scenario. We audit current workflows, identify friction points (unclear priorities, no backlog, no visibility) and gradually introduce useful rituals.

The goal isn't to change everything at once, but to introduce concrete improvements sprint after sprint.

We track velocity (points delivered per sprint), lead time (from request to production), post-release bug rate and team satisfaction through retrospectives.

These indicators let us adjust the framework continuously. A good methodology is one that improves with every iteration.
