Context
GoClink is a web-first whitelabel platform for digital profiles, positioned as a Linktree-like product but significantly more customizable.
The distribution model is multi-layer:
- the founder sells the whitelabel platform to clients
- those clients use it for their own business or resell it under their own brand
This requires a product that is easy to launch, easy to operate, and directly monetizable.
Starting point
The goal was not to ship a simple profile page builder.
The project required a full business platform, including:
- a sellable whitelabel engine
- highly customizable end-user profiles
- a full admin layer for whitelabel operators
- structured revenue flows (subscriptions, credits, affiliation, etc.)
- a mobile utility app connected to the web core
Challenges
Turn a link-in-bio use case into an operational SaaS platform. End users needed simplicity, while whitelabel owners needed advanced controls.
Allow deep customization without fragmenting the core product. Every brand needed to feel autonomous while staying on the same scalable architecture.
Provide continuous operational visibility. Teams needed real-time metrics on views, clicks, CTR, scans, campaigns, and commissions.
Our approach
1. Build a multi-client web foundation
We designed the platform around whitelabel-ready primitives:
- brand slug
- custom domain support
- dedicated profile and card URLs
- brand-aware routing in one shared product
This created a scalable base for operating multiple active brands.
2. Simplify whitelabel onboarding
A dedicated setup flow lets clients launch quickly:
- brand identifier
- brand name, logo, color
- subscription plan selection
- setup fee + recurring subscription payment
This reduced time-to-launch and improved conversion from intent to go-live.
3. Deliver a highly customizable profile product
We expanded the end-user profile far beyond a basic Linktree:
- contact blocks (phone, email, address, forms)
- social and platform links
- links, gallery, and content blocks
- visual controls (theme, buttons, QR style, appearance)
- advanced controls (private mode, visibility settings, redirections)
4. Build full admin operations for whitelabel owners
The admin cockpit covers real operational needs:
- member and additional-profile management
- role management (admin, manager, member)
- brand controls and domain setup
- email setup (SMTP / Gmail)
- legal links and third-party integrations
5. Align monetization with distribution
The business model supports multiple revenue channels:
- subscriptions
- NFC cards
- ad credits
- affiliation and commissions
All supported by dedicated subscription and finance views.
6. Position mobile as a utility extension
The mobile app was scoped as a field-usage accelerator:
- fast profile management
- profile/card sharing by link and QR
- vCard export
- QR/NFC product activation
- whitelabel deep-link support
The app supports usage continuity; web remains the business center.
7. Instrument real-time analytics
The platform provides operational visibility through:
- views, unique views, clicks, CTR
- top links, top contacts, top networks
- device/country breakdowns
- campaign metrics (views, clicks, scans, status, budgets)
What each whitelabel can sell
Each whitelabel owner gets a branded home experience to sell their own offer:
- full visual identity
- brand-specific messaging and CTAs
- signup, referral, and showcase links
- coherent web/mobile conversion flows
This makes the platform a sellable business product, not just an internal tool.
Results
GoClink now operates as a complete web whitelabel platform combining:
- strong end-user profile experience
- admin-grade operating capabilities
- clear and actionable monetization
- continuity between web operations and mobile utility usage
This enables scaling a digital business offer without rebuilding the stack for each new brand.
